Delivery and Returns
We take great care to ensure that our works of art will arrive in good condition.
For UK deliveries, we may use a “white glove” specialist art carrier who will arrange a suitable delivery slot with you directly.
For standard courier deliveries, paintings will be professionally packed, usually in a wooden crate, and then shipped to you using a reputable courier.
If there is any evidence of damage to the packaging on receipt, please ensure that the delivery receipt records the damage. If the painting is found to be damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery with details of the damage and supporting photos. We will then contact you to agree actions to resolve this.
If you are unhappy with the painting for any reason it may be returned for a refund. Please contact us if you wish to make a return and we will help you do this.
Please also see sections 5.3 and 14 of our terms and conditions regarding the reporting of damaged deliveries and refunds.
