What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charges will depend upon the size of the painting and the country to be delivered to.  The price includes the cost of professional packing (usually a wooden crate), courier and insurance. UK deliveries may be via a “white glove” specialist courier. The charge should be included automatically at checkout.  Please contact us if this does not happen.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted.  If you wish to pay by bank transfer of cheque please contact us to arrange this.

How long will delivery take?

This will be mainly dependent on the schedules of the professional packers and country of delivery but should normally be no longer than 2 weeks.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is secure. Payment details are not retained. Please also see our Privacy Policy.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once payment funds have cleared, your delivery will be booked with either a “white glove” courier (UK only) or sent for professional packing and shipment.  All deliveries are tracked.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

A VAT invoice will be emailed to you.  Please contact us if this has not been received.
